A SESSION

Upon arrival you will need to read and sign the agreement to participate form and the client intake form with your details.

If being driven here the driver can wait in the car or come back in an hour. It is not an observer practice.

You will be given a safety guidelines for being with horses .

You will have a space to sit with Fifi and share what your present to before going into sharing experiences/ experiments with the horses that supports your Learning.

The experimental approach means that the offering with the herd will be done in ways to support your awareness, growth and learning .

Each session is holistic and in the present moment of what you are experiencing.

We work with whatever you feel you would like to address .

You don’t need to have any horse knowledge or experience. All horses sessions are on the ground, no riding involved. The horses choose who will steps into the work with a client.

Accounts must be paid on the day of your appointment. I ask that you finalise payment before your appointment so as not to burden you and interrupt your thoughts post-appointment.

Payments can be made by cash or Direct deposit.

Cancellations Policies

I understand that sometimes an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. I do ask for 48 hours notice so that another client may be offered that appointment.

Please phone to cancel your appointment, it is ok to leave a voice message or Text message .Cancellations notified by email cannot be accepted.

Unless there are extenuating circumstances, missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) are charged at the full session fee.
